Bar Manager/Assistant Manager

Manage the beer offer, cocktails and wine

Organise till and menus

Cellar management, cleaning and beer dispensing

Wastage logging, stock control and cleanliness

Knowledge of regs and adherence to policy

People management, shift running and staff development


Maturity, honesty

Personal licence would be useful

Experience in pubs, bars and people management essential

Pay will be dependent upon age & experience and will include a profit-related bonus. References will be sought
